Toyota Mccarthy Edenvale are ***********

On Wednesday 9 September 2015 I took my car for service and requested that my clutch be checked. I was told that it was checked and nothing was wrong with it. A week later my car broke down (18/9/2015) and after getting two opinions including toyota's, I was told that my clutch was worn and needed replacement. Toyota proceeded to give me a ridiculous quote of R11000 to replace it. This incident caused me a lot of stress, wasted valuable time and compromised my work as on the morning my car broke down I was scheduled to take a long distance trip for work. My situation was not approached with any remorse or compassion hence my complaint reaching this platform. I bought my car at this branch in 2009 and I have serviced my car here since and my loyalty and life is clearly not valued by this service provider.
