Toyota McCarthy Bruma bad service

I've had a very unpleasant experience bringing my car to Toyota Bruma for a major service and repairs.

I was charged for a replaced battery - then when I fetched the car, I was handed the battery in a plastic wrapper and told it didn't need to be replaced.

I asked for the aerial to be looked at, but there was a misunderstanding and the technician thought the aerial wasn't working because the radio has stuck buttons.

The car was performing poorly - I was told that a sensor needed to be replaced by the gears - which was done, but that made no difference to the performance. Then, the technicians found a problem with the catalytic converter. Toyota was unable to source the part and couldn't even tell me if there was a part available in the country or how long it would take to get one. I had to take the car elsewhere for this.

I ordered a replacement key which took weeks to arrive, was told I'd need 30 minutes to have it programmed, booked my day accordingly and when I showed up, told it would be an hour.

I was disconnected many times while calling through during the weeks it took to have my car looked at.

The contact forms on the website for Toyota McCarthy Bruma don't work
