Toyota is robbing customers.

Toyota Woodmead charged me R1024,00 just for asking them to check and quote me on how much will it be for replacing; handbrake lever, brakes, and front shocks. They say its a dignostic fee, but i am the one who told the to check what and quote. They ****** me because the only thing they did was to wash the car and write a quotation. My reg: BZX783NC
