They not good they're GREAT

I have had my car serviced at a VW Dealership about a month ago and non of what was promised was even seen to. I had no choice but to take the car to that dealership. Today I called VW SilverOaks and was told to bring my car in for a quick check. I arrived at Mccarthy Silveroaks and was promptly assisted by Rudi who showed that true to Mccarthy service standards he went straight to worked and checked for the fault I was experiencing he advised me about how and what could have caused the problems and promised to get back to me within the next day (tomorrow) to my surprise I got a call from Silver oaks saying they have assessed and ordered the parts that needed to be repaired or replaced within 2 hours of leaving the service centre of Mccarthy I received an sms and call from Rudi from the service department say he has ordered the parts and will have everything ready for me in less than two weeks. I honestly think there is no other VW Service department that can deliver the service Mccarthy service centres under the guidance of Mr. Furber can deliver. Kudos and thank you to VW silver oaks and Rudi in paticular for the outstanding service.
