Hi, I hope this message gets to someone very high in the McCarthy group and I hope that a very special recognition is given to Iean and Arrie from McCarthy Toyota Bruma, I purchased a car from them a week ago, the process was smooth & quick, I saw the car on Sat, I signed on Sat, Finance was approved on Mon and I collected on Tues. All this might seem usual, however I wonder if people know that McCarthy doesn't sell junk, I found papers in the car of an assessment that you guys did when you traded the car in, the car went for a full test, a simple thing like a shock boot was replaced, radiator pressure tested, anyway I can go on for hours, but I rather just say that you guys don't sell junk and that your cars are value for money, anyway my car was my dream car it was a bmw that I was searching for a year, still can't believe I can't it, anyway sorry going off topic, there was a small problem with the car on Tuesday when I had to collect, no fault on the dealership, but rather from the BP garage, Iean and Arrie sat with me till 19:00 to ensure that I took delivery of my car, That's what I call service, there is so much more to mention like they delivered my spare key to me.
