The wow service missing from SA can be found at VW McCarthy Wonderboom!

I recently purchased a VW Kombi and it was due for its last service under the service plan at McCarthy VW Wonderboom. After driving and receiving "service" from another car manufacturer I didnt know what to expect as it was my first time dealing with VW in roughly 15 years. Driving in on the morning of the service I was greeted by the security guard that immadiately knew who I was and greeted me by name.(Wow) I also experienced great service from Paulina in booking the service and she rep**** within a few minutes of me sending the email. Tony was extremely helpful and professional in keeping me updated and making arragements for me to be picked up (this was not the original arrangement as my plans had unexpectedly changed). Abraham the driver in coming to pick me up again was also very friendly and professional. Thank you so much for the great client service experience to the entire team. Every single person I dealt with made me smile and impressed me with their service. I dont write compliments easily as I'm very critical of client service (as I give training on client service for a living) Very well done to Tony and everyone else at McCarthy VW Wonderboom.
