THE WASTE & THE PAIN OF TRUSTING CLUB McCarthy

We are forever being taken for a ride ... Club Maccarthy does not get the pain of holding the line for combined duration of 15 minutes waiting for "the next available consultant" - I WISH SOME SO CALLED MANAGER COULD WAKE UP AND IMAGINE IF WE HAVE MONEY TO SPEND WAITNG ON THE LINE WITH EACH COMPANY WE CALL Ridiculous I spoke to Lerato just before 15h30, she promised me the tow truck was coming, as I am typing this complaint at 17h30 - no tow truck, no communication - these are the people who have an amount automatically going out of my account every month ALL FOR THIS ******* SERVICE And I try to call back to hear what the hell is their uselessness, and you have to still hold on for that long still..... I wish there was another way of living without these so called service providers.
