THE NEW POLO, BEWARE TO LOSE CONFIDENCE IN THE VW BRAND

>I called the dealership on 02/05/2018 to confirm my booking [45000KM service] >Spoke to a lady, I think her name was Privilege >After confirming the booking, she did cut the call on me >Your call logs will reflect same >When I brought my vehicle in on the morning of 03/05/2018 >There was no coordination of the drivers and I walked to work, thankfully I work on Meridian Drive >My service advisor was Jeanine >Due to a meeting I requested I be picked up @ 16:30 >When late, the driver nor the service advisor did not find it important to call and inform me >I called and enquired why the driver was delayed >Thereafter the service advisor mentioned the other drivers are delayed due to traffic and suggested someone USE my PERSONAL vehicle to collect, whilst I was not in favour of this practice, due to time I agreed >I go to the dealership, the service advisor had left for the day >I was not assisted with a report on the vehicle >A gentleman by the name of Bently assisted me with reprinting the report / invoice >At times we are quick to complain and slow to complement, would like to offer my gratitude to this gentleman, who assisted me >I do understand that due to time / transport requirements she [service advisor - Jeanine] may have needed to leave, although she never handed over report to anyone to give to me, she never had the decency of a follow up call the next morning The vehicle condition when handed to me was disgusting, there was silicone tyre polish on the rim, the plastic seat cover was not removed from car / seat, grease on the car [pictures were taken out at the dealership] >I am not sure if this is the norm at VW Umhlanga, but this is the worst service and customer experience I have received. I never encountered these issues when I visited the Alpine VW Dealership in Pinetown. The only reason was due to convenience as I work in Umhlanga. I have come to the realization, I rather put myself through the inconvenience and visit Alpine VW than visit VW Umhlanga. The service levels and customer experience were appalling, disgusting variations of the word pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >I have previously purchased a brand new 2012 polo [comfortline] and thereafter upgraded to a 2015 polo [comfortline] i was contemplating upgrading to the new 2018 polo but this experience has made me lose faith in the VW brand >VW should change it catch phrase to : POLO , BEWARE TO LOSE CONFIDENCE, IN THE VW BRAND
