The best service received

I recently purchased a car from McCarthy VW. The service I received was excellent. While there was a hype in December over the VW Polo TSI, salespersons were also marketing it the most, no doubt for the mutual benefits the transaction provided. But Isaac paid great attention to my needs, he gave me options and gave me time to deliberate on everything and ultimately make a decision that would suit me. Even after we got all the quotes, he still understood that while the cars all seemed affordable based on my salary, my life did not revolve only around a car. He was cautious and advised accordingly, made sure I got the best quotes for insurance, that I understood all the terms of my contract and how they would affect me, explained how long the quotes would be valid for before new price lists come into effect. He always followed up after I had made the purchase to let me know when I will get the car, what colours were available, additional features, etc. Even assisted to make sure the car was fitted with insurance features. He has great interpersonal skills, very humble and respectful, caring as well. .brought me water when I was not feeling well. Isaac you are awesome. Thanks
