Terribly Poor Service

<p>I bought a car and i was assisted by a sales person called Gift Mosomane at Arcadia branch, after purchasing the car, i found out after 9 months that the car's registration is wrong. It was registered under Gauteng Province and when i went to renew the licence disc, they told me that the car has been registered under Mpumalanga Province. I've tried calling the sales person that assisted me but he never answered my calls or even res****d to them. I had to even travel from Moloto where i stay to Arcadia in their offices but always told that he went out ansd never comes back. The car has also missed 3 service plans which i was never informed about, some of the things on the vehicle are not up to standard and every time i raise this issue he doesn't come back to me. I'm really tired an unhappy about the service i've been given by this sales person and it does show how unprofessional he is. Since i received the car, i never got a Service book and the Spare key, whenever i ask about this i'm told that he's still going to order them, this has been going on for 9 months. I wouldn't recommend anyone to McCarthy Volkswagen Arcadia due to the poor service i've received.</p>
