Terrible service and no parts?

McCarthy menlyn states on their website that they open at 08:00 on a Saturday after numerous unanswered calls after 8 I went there only to find the lady come late to answer the phones. I had to replace my brakes urgently as they were done the lady told me to go to parts which very rudely asked my what I wanted. When I rep**** brakes the guy looked at me and with an attitude like I'm spoiling his Saturday said yes but for what car? I told him a corsa he then redirected me to bookings to book my car in fair enough. The lady helped me and then she phoned the parts guy were I just was and told me they don't have breaks I must go to parts again. The guy told me there were no brakes they can't help me and that no GM Is SA has brakes. I asked him to phone Fury their competitor as they might have. He told me that they won't and I am stupid as I don't understand how dealerships work if they don't have no one has. I called fury and believe it or not they did have! So disappointed that McCarthy didn't want to help a customer in need in emergency as my brakes is steel on steel. I will NEVER go to McCarthy menlyn again and rather drive 100km for good service at Fury Motors!!
