TERRIBLE SERVICE

I logged the complaint about the sevice that I had from Renault umhlanga but still haven't receive the feedback, nobody is getting back to me it almost a month now. I don't know if maybe they don't care about us as customers or not. It seems like they only cares about the new sales. I need feedback as I am really not happy with this.
