TERRIBLE,*********** CLUB McCARTHY.

I have experienced the worst service from Bidvest Club McCarthy. I logged a home assist call in July and was assigned the worst plumbing service provider to assist with my Geyser, the had to come out again in August for the same issue.Charging me R1350 and once again today I contacted them cause my issue was still not resolved. This *********** plumber( Jeans Plumbing / UKUPHI INTERGRATED PROJECTS REG: ***) connected the thermostat incorrectly and it was not cutting of at intervals as it should do, which caused wires to burn and could have made my house burn down. This report is available from my bank should you require it. I called your call centre 3 times today and your *********** staff refused to assist. If my house burnt down would you have taken responsibility. Yours'll are just ******* and so are yours'll service providers.
