Taking more than 3 months to get our car radio bac

Good afternoon<br> <br> we had our car serviced at McCarthy N1 city in june when we collected our vehicle the radio wasn't working. After telling us that the radio hasn't worked when we brought in the car I explained to them that I know my CD player hasn't worked but my radio definitely did for more than year and a half since the CD player packed up because my baby dropped coins in it. They offered to sent it to their supplier in Johannesburg. they quoted us +/-r4000 to fix the radio. I told them I'm not spending that kind of money on repairs to a radio/CD. Ever since then I'm struggling to get our radio back. I have to follow up constantly and everytime I get told by the Friday it will be back in Cape Town and up to today it's still not back. Today when I rep**** to everybody on the email now all of a sudden the blaming shift starts with waiting for order numbers etc.<br> <br> BAD PATHETIC SERVICE - DISAPPOINTED
