Super Bad Service

I had booked my car in to be fixed about a year ago. 2nd week of January went to collect it cause they could not fix it and took it to another Motor Mechanic. When my car was collected we found that My engine was stripped with *****s/bolts left without being placed back. I mean what kind of see is that especially when I gave them the car everything was in place?

Now I'm struggling with glow plugs. They made me a quote to get my car fixed which included glow plugs but when I went to collect my car the are no glow plugs. To add on it the manager Stuart asked one of his guys to deliver glow plugs to the recent Mechanics only to find out that it is old glow plugs and not for my Fiat Bravo. When I go complain to them Stuart rep**** by saying that those glow plugs are old but they work. I mean how can such a big brand refuse to replace my glow plugs especially when I have paid for new things? Now I have to go buy new glow plugs and also pay an additional cost for those mechanics to put together those parts on the Engine. Who should pay for such when I thought my car was in at professionals? I honestly wasn't expecting such unprofessionalism from such a Brand.
