Stuff ****** from My car

I took my car to be checked on 08 December 2017. Everything that was in the car was checked and written down. When they gave me my car I went through my stuff and found out that my Power Bank and my watch had disappeared. I was taken to the guys who washes cars and we searched everywhere and my Power Bank was hidden in a trash bin. I was assured by Wayne that I will be refunded for my watch. I left them my details and they never called. Today I called them and they promised to call me back. 6 hours later they call me to tell me that they will not reimburse me because the guys who are washing cars are not employed by ford but its a different company. I did not send my car to be washed by another company. Furthermore when we were searching for my stuff, other clients stuff were coming out. e.g A tomtom GPS was found in one of the guys. How many clients lose their stuff because ****s are hired by Ford.
