STILL NO FEEDBACK
Good day, have sent a complaint on 22/09/2015 and I have still not received feedback from McCarthy.<br> In all honesty I am not impressed at all. they quick to sell people cars but slow at giving service to complaints. I purchased my vehicle in 2014 June and still have not received my service book and my spare key. My car is due for service and VW does not want to service it because there is no service history. Please explain to me what must happen? what happened to treating customers fairly? why do I need to purchase stuff from you and the bank finances the amount you requested but you don't give me the full package of what I need or rather what is supposed to be given to me? Please sort it out and make sure you give me feedback this time
