Speed fine on sold car

I bought a car at the dealership late last year, with Ronnie Khumalo, and traded in my old car. I have since got a speed fine on the traded in vehicle, presumably someone revving it up during a test drive. Despite repeated contacts with the dealership, they haven't resolved the issue. They also haven't provided me with confirmation that they serviced the new vehicle before selling it to me (there is no stamp in the service book). Ronnie has since left the dealership, and trying to follow up with Sandile has got me nowhere. Kind of at my wit's end.
