spare car keys

I bought a kia rio from McCathy Suzuki Kenilworth last year November and Warren was the sales person. I received my vehicle and was told they will send the spare keys later . following up on the spare keys in December , apparently they were going to email me the couriers tracking number that was supposed to deliver my spare keys at my office. Before I went on leave,I called them again and realised that there was no courier company that was organised to deliver my keys which they obviously ****.<br> <br> i received a call from a man called Conrad who introduced himself as the dealer principal and assured me that Warren (sales person) will be dealt with and apologised on behalf of McCathy Suzuki Kenilworth. Apology was accepted and we agreed to proceed with the process of getting a duplicate and a quotation was emailed to me but assured they will cover the cost. I told Conrad that I will be back at the office on the 11th Jan 2016 and promised again to give me a call on that week BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL FROM ANY OF THEM TILL TO DATE unless I called them, EMILE THE SALES MANAGER HIMSELF IS NOT BOTHERED, I demand an explanation and a resolution to this situation with immediate effect.
