Sold me unserviced car with spare key not coded

On the 19th of January 2015, I took a delivery of Audi I bought from VW McCarthy Commercial Witbank. Just before it was handed over to me i noticed that the brake pads were exhausted. Upon inquiring about them I was told that that is how they look by design. 5 days later, noises started everytime i brake, after a lot of letters and effort on my part they agreed to replace them. That was not the end of it, the car was sold to me without carrying out the service that was due. I was given the spare key that was not coded as a result i cannot operate the vehicle with it. This is how the level and standard of the VW has dropped or *********** people into the roles they are not suitable for. How on earth does anyone in their right mind put the car on a floor that is not serviced and gladly sell it to the unsuspecting buyer. This people forget that the very existence of their business depends on our support and the level of service they are offering. This is a warning to the prospective buyers to stay clear of that dealership as they will be **********. Put it on your Facebook and other social medias so that people are being warned. I am going to write to news papers like Witbank news
