Sold me a car that was not in good conditions

He sold me a VW POLO SEDAN in January 2014, since I had the vehicle I had discoveries about the car when I evaluate it. I recently bumped the car at the back and when the panel beater evaluate for repair they said the back of the car has been repainted, I even went to extend of buying the car report on Transunion and proved that the car has be repair and that was not disclosed to me.
