Sold a raw deal by the salesperson

Bought a 2018 Polo Vivo from the dealer. The car was delivered to me in CT on the 27th of April 2019. I noticed that the windscreen had scratches and I showed the salesperson (JP Greeff) and he said I should take the car to Glassfit. I did that but glassfit advised me that they don't offer such service. I went back to him to give feedback on the matter but he let that slide. He **** that car was taken for roadworthy when I went for a number plate change from GP to CT that's when I realised that the car wasn't taken for roadworthy. I paid for roadworthy and other fees the amount came to R860.00. Informed the salesperson and he promised to reimburse me if I send him receipts. I forwarded the receipts and he confirmed that he received them but up until today I havent heard anything from him and what he does now is to ignore my calls. Few weeks later of driving the vehicle I heard a funny sound coming from the brakes I took the car to VW Barons for inspections and was advised that there is dust inside the brakes and to clean the dust will cost me 1500. I called the salesperson about this as i felt that these inspections were supposed to be done before the car was sold to me. Eversince then he is not responding.

kindly assist as I don't know what to expect going forward I am supposed to enjoy the car but all it does is giving me headache.
