Sold a damaged car

I bought a car VW 2016 Kombi from Mccarthy VW Constantia Kloof dealership in October for business purposes and the car started working mid November. First they didn’t say the car was in an accident or the body was worked on and now the car died because of clutch plates and other damaged parts in the gearbox, and it was towed to VW Brynston on Saturday 16th Dec they say the damage is not covered by warranty or maintenance plan because it’s caused by driving style, and I’ve had my driver for more than 6 months and he was driving my other car and the car he’s been driving never had issues or died, when I called the sales person who sold me the car to explain to him he just said he doesn’t know what to say to me and he didn’t know maintenance plan has other parts that it doesn’t cover. When I call him again numerous times he’s no longer taking my calls and the car is at the dealership and they say it will cost R30000 to fix it and they won’t fix it before I garanteed payment.
