Shuttle Service not good enough for township people

On 15/02/2018, 7:30am, I dropped off my car at the above mentioned dealership. I requested a drop at at either work (Corporate Park, on Old Jhb Rd) or home (Olieven). Nerie told me that the driver won't drop me at work cause its "out of the way" and there's traffic, so I opted to be dropped at home. The problem began in the afternoon when I was supposed to be picked up. The rude driver (Patrick) told me that he is not allowed to enter at my home address as dropping me off was a "mistake". I asked to speak to Nerie (I assume she's their manager), she told me to get a lift to the dealership or take a taxi to meet them halfway. At my own cost, I took that taxi to meet the rudest driver of note, who was driving like a lunatic. So, my question is, am I less of a client because I stay in the township? I had sacrifised my working day, to accommodate them cause the road to my workplace has traffic. The reason I bought a car was to avoid public transport, but Nerie and Patric unapologetically inconvienced me anyway. Really, this is so disappointing!!
