Shocking service from VW menlyn

Our vw kombi went in for its last service under the maintenance plan about a month ago. We asked them to fix the following: Radio - volume doesn’t work properly Seatbelt holder where seatbelt clips into Rattling backseats Replace Light bulb in one of the lights

They serviced our car and only fixed one thing we asked. The rest as mentioned above were not fixed: No radio in stock No light bulb in stock No seatbelt holder in stock They fixed the rattling backseats but *****ed them into the floor so hard that it makes a dent

Our car went back today as they apparently had all the stock. Got our car back this evening: They had ordered the wrong radio They ordered the wrong seatbelt holder Didnt fix the dent in the floor from the seats

So now our car has to go back AGAIN!!!!!! How is a car in for the whole day and they cant even fix the back seats making a dent in the floor. My husband was told they will fix it when it goes in again

This is just ridiculous and ***********!!
