Shocking service from Bidvest Club McCarthy

Shocking service. Two out of the three times that I have attempted to use the "Call-A-Cab-Service", were a complete disaster. the call center is efficient, but twice no driver arrived, DESPITE sms confirmation that they were at the pick up point! It took many calls to the call center to clear up the mess. Customer safety is clearly of no concern to Bidvest Club McCarthy, let alone customer satisfaction.
