Shocking Service and Lies

Where do I begin...... Booked my car in for oil change and flush of gearbox oil for which they quoted me 3.5 hours of labor. after the first day the car was booked in they phoned to let me know that they are not finished yet and that they will be finished the next day. The next day I got a phone call to say that they are still not finished and that I will get my car the next day. Day 3 I went to them at 12H00 to see what the hell was going on and how can a job take almost 3 days that is suppose to take 3.5 hours. When I spoke to the service adviser and service manager they told me that this is how long this kind of job is suppose to take. What B..S... !!!! Then they told me that I am actually scoring on the labor... more lies.. What they did not know is that I got 3 quotes on this job and that everyone quoted for 3,5 hours. Then the service adviser told me that he wanted to beat the other quotes... MORE B..S.. because he did not even know about the other quotes that I got. <br> This is not the first time I have had this ******* with them but this is the worst service I have ever had in my life... The fact of the matter is that they don't really care.
