SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I contacted the Gezina Branch of McCarthy Toyota this morning shortly after 10. A very friendly lady answered the phone and I explained that I needed to speak to someone who could give me a quotation on the replacing of my Toyota's clutch plate. She transferred the call to the service department. A gentleman answered and I told him what I was looking for. He could not assist me and transferred me to a lady, and again I told the story about needing a quotation. She took down my details and said she needed to find out from someone about availability of parts, etc, and promised to contact me within 15 minutes. At 16h00 I contacted the branch again as I have not received the promised call back. i asked to speak to the Manager of the branch, and got informed that he is not available. I then asked to speak to his second in charge, and again this person was also not available. I asked if I could speak to anyone who is actually available, as I would like to complain about the poor service I was getting from them. I got asked to leave my number and they would call me back. GUESS WHAT? NO FRIGGIN CALL BACK. Shame on you McCarthy Toyota Gezina.
