Severely frustrated

<p>Hi. I baught a vw polo cross tdi from mccarthy in durban from a guy called Gavin. The vehicle was presented as a 2013 model. When I recieved the natis documents I saw it was in fact a 2012 model. I immediately let Gavin know and negotiated with him. He offered me a payout of R9200. I did everything they asked me to do. They rarely get back to me. This has been going on for a month and an half where I was told they are working on it. I registered the vehicle in thabazimbi where I live and had the numberplates made. I havent even been refunded that money that I spent. Was charged for licence and numberplates with the finance contract but had to pay it myself. Severely irritated. Even Natasha from finance was of no help or Jason the floor manager. </p>
