Service with a Smile.

I had an issue with my car and just decided to stop at McCarthy Volkswagen Umhlanga to see if they can assist. And to my surprise I experienced what the word customer satisfaction means. I walked in and was greeted and directed to the workshop by a very friendly receptionist that introduced herself as Varsha. At the<br> workshop the service advisor ****ha offered me coffee while her manager James took my car for a test drive to see if he also experienced the rattle that bothered me. James then told me that its a minor issue that will be <br> resolved within about 2 hours. I then asked if I can sit and work on my laptop at the coffee area as I had some work to do. I sat for about 10 minutes when the Dealer Principal - Emma Demmer came past and offer that I go sit in the boardroom where its a bit more private and quiet.<br> <br> Its been a while since I experienced such good service. I will highly recommend this dealership as far as I go as I believe that good service like this is very rare to find. Thank you to each of the wonderful staff at McCarthy Volkswagen Umhlanga, you made my day!
