Service - What Service?

Hydraulic failure leads to gearbox damage that needs spares. Spares have to be ordered from France (despite the salesman's reassurances that parts will always be available in SA). \The parts will take 14 working days Sir"- that was the first promise.

14 days go by and I have to phone back again to find out when the parts will arrive. The clerk says he will get the service manager to call me. To date I have never had any call from the service manager - could not even tell you who it is!! I have had to go into Renault twice and call them every time a promised deadline passes.

On Friday I will have been waiting 4 weeks for the parts to arrive. Nobody seems to be able to tell where they are or how long it will take for them to arrive.

I am fed up with their lack of care and accountability. They will happily charge me R10"
