Service plan Benefit
Dear Hello Peter

I bought a pre-owned polo vivo 2013 model with the dealership on 25****m with a 60000km service plan for 5years on the 24 October 2014.

I had recently taken my car in for the 60000km service of which I was later informed that my service plan claim has been unsuccessful. I then called IUA to find out why my claim was unsuccessful I was then informed that my plan has expired on 60000km and I had driven over the grace maximum period of 2000km.of which I cannot now request for my next service as am told my plan has expired.

I had then took it up with the Dealership because I had bought a service that covers my vehicle for 5yaers from day of purchase on the 26500 km that the vehicle was bought now learn that I have Purchased a 5Year/ 60 000km Service Plan which started at kms and ended at 60 000kms irrespective of what the mileage above the vehicle was purchased on, of which I was not aware of and that was not what the sales man had sold me. And they couldn't assist me any further.

I request from the Dealership to refund my service plan benefit that I paid for 5 years which was not valid, which means I basically got ****** by the dealership.
