Service Let Down

Vehicle booked on Monday (9th Sept) for a service on Wednesday ****h Sept) After the delivery of the vehicle at 8.20 hrs in the morning, it was promised that the car will be ready at 16.30 hrs in the afternoon. On our way to the dealership at 16 hrs we received a phone call to say that the car will not be ready. You can come and collect the car the following morning was mentioned to us. What a let down, as we planned a trip into the country side which now had to be cancelled. NEVER again Toyota McCarthy Table View. Totally Unprofessional and totally Untoyota.
