Service Excellence

I received exceptionally great service form Brendon Naidoo, he went beyond client service duty. I was involved in an accident with a brand new VW Polo GP 2015 and the Auto Body repairer recklessly left tissues blocking the pipes causing the vehicle to overheat. The vehicle was then sent to VW Mccarthy for a specialized diagnostics and Brendon took ownership of the whole process which took over 2 months to fix. The engine had to be replaced on a brand new car and it didn't go down well with me at first, much comfort and support came from Brendon with his team, they explained the process and offered their courtesy car for my convenience. VW Mccarthy called me with feedback almost on every single day with a progress report and new developments on the vehicle. VW Mccarthy was very transparent and diligent throughout the whole process they displayed high level professionalism and work ethics.
