Service beyond expectation

I am residing in Bloemfontein and was visiting Pretoria on 4 December 2015. Given the fact that my vehicle was due for its 45000km service I urgently had to book the service, as my guarantee could expire. I delayed doing so as the dealer I normally deal with (being competition of McCarthy) locally, was awaiting parts to repair my vehicle and I thought these will soon be available. <br> <br> I left Bloemfontein at 02:30 to be in time for McCarthy VW Wonderpoort opening at 07:00, but due to traffic in Gauteng only made it after 08:00. I explained to the consultant (apologies, cannot recall his name) that I needed the vehicle 14:00 to attend a meeting in Pretoria and really tried to be there as early as possible to ensure them completing the service in time. I also had to travel back to Bloemfontein at approcimately 18:00. He assured me that I do not have to be worried. Within four hours after leaving the vehicle in his capable hands, he contacted me and indicated that I may collect my vehicle. I arrived there, he explained the job card in detail and I was able to drive off. It was also a great experience getting the vehicle back, properly washed and vacumed. Thanks a lot.<br> <br>
