Selling Bad products

I bought an Audi A3, as a demo at Audi Wonderboom in December 2016 on the 20th, since the. I have experienced problems after problem with the car, I first had a issue with the drivers side door since I bought the car. The car went back and forth with the dealership from December until April when I contacted Audi SA and I was helped. Now recently I have hit a pothole and only to find when I took the car to Audi Hatefield that the rims fitted on my A3 are not genuine audi rims, and I was told when I bought the car that they where originals,I then reported the Matter to the Manager of Audi Wonderboom Surita, who was extremely rude, telling me that I am lying when I am telling her that their sales man Sam told me those were originals, she then proceeded to tell me that I have been happy with the car and the now that I have hit a porthole I am telling them that they are not originals, she then began to shout at me and tell me that had she not wanted to help me she would have thrown my numbers in the dustbin, frustrated I hang up and told her that I am going to report her, which she confidently said I must go ahead. I do not which to continue further with her as she has called me a **** and threaten to through my numbers in the bin and not help me further. I am disgusted that such a reputable brand can hire someone with such Low standards of customer service and total disregard for customers. Look forward to hearing from you, I have repaired the rims over a month and would like them to replace them with original rims as I was meant to believe from the beginning.
