Sales experiance

I bought a used 2012 VW Polo Bluemotion approximately 3 months ago from the above dealership and two days ago I had a tyre problem on the road and as a result I had to stop on the side of the highway. First thing I checked was the Emergency triangle to safeguard myself from other motorists whilst attending to my tyre issue. <br> <br> To my surprise I could not find the triangle in the car and I had to carry on working on the tyre with all of the dangers involved. This morning I then called VW to find out what could have happened to the triangle and I was informed that my sales adviser is no longer employed there and they promised to refer the matter to the manager involved.<br> <br> I waited the entire day and there was no response from the dealership until I had to call them again later about 30 minutes ago. I requested to speak to the Used Car Sales manager and they transferred me to him .
