Rude, ******s and threatening

On 9/12/17, I went to Burchmore in Montague Gardens, and possibly worst service ever. I walked in and told them that I am dropping a car that belongs to a friend. I wasn’t sure what the procedure is, and what happens when I get there. So they asked me for the friend’s name and number plate, which I duly provided. Then I pointed at the document which had the details of my friend to help one of the guys was going through as it seemed like he was struggling.

And this “white old man” next to him, probably his boss, then threatens me by saying he will punch me through the door for looking at the papers. When I asked him what I had done to deserve such. He says I am twice your age so you can’t talk to like that (question him i.e)

I just wonder if I would have gotten the same kind of treatment if I was white.

To whom it concerns, I spoke to Deon from Burchmore Montague Gardens and he made me aware that it was rather the company that rents their site that I dealt with and received bad service. He was of great help getting in touch with the owner of that company (T.AA.C). And the owner of that company has since apologized. And I apologized for getting my info incorrect. The matter has been resolved. So I will be taking down this review. Thank you!
