RUDE AND ***********

19/12/2015 I took my vehicle for service : Arcadia VW Branch and to my surprise the service booklet does not indicate which service was carried and when is the next service this morning I call to find out and express my dissatisfaction I spoke to the service manager Jimmy He did not even Identified himself and he says to me well other clients does not bring service booklets I asked him not to tell me about other clients as I indicated I enquired on a personal level he then told me perhaps they forgot to service my car and yet its paid for and It was booked for I believe its true it was not done as nothing states on the service booklet. I am really disappointed. I am really thinking we are taken for a ride
