Ripping of customers
My car is currently in for a service and to have the waterpump replaced. A month ago I was told it would be R 6000, today I am told it is R6400. And that after the car being there for almost Why does Volkswagen feel it is necessary to ******* their customers with a more than 4000% markup on an item. I will never again take my car to any Volkswagen branch for any repairs. Whats the worst about it is that the car only has 56200 kms on the clock, how can an expensive car like that need replacing a waterpump with that low mileage.
