Reversal of a debit order

I’m specifically disgusted with the Bidvest poorer service, I asked them to reverse two amounts that were debited from my account of which I never authorized and they made me fill in forms and told me that my money will be reversed within 48 hours, the 48 hours have passed and haven’t received my money. I need my money ASAP
