I have to say that I am quite disappointed with Mccarthy's workshop. When I take my car in for servicing I get the best service from the front desk and always gives a 10/10 rating when I get phoned to ask about the service. BUT I took my car in in January because of a knocking sound and when I turn to the right. When I got my car back it was fine until the next day when it was even worse. I took it back again and this time they told me that the knocking noise was coming from my brakepads that have to be replaced. That did not dound right to me, but I asked for a quote. When I got into the car to leave there were other sound coming from the front of the car that wasn't there before. This was replaced, but after driving a couple of kilometers the knocking sound was back. On the 19 of March I was told to go to a client in Bloemfontein, but was not comfortable driver my car there due to the knocking noises.
