i went to nissan on malibongwe drive on the 5th of march 2017 to enquire about trading a vehicle. on the 9th of march 2017 i received an email from vanessa khouri to say my finance was approved for a different brand new car with a 20k deposit as i had app**** for a second hand car.
i advised her that i would transfer the deposit on the 27th of march 2017 and collect the car then. on the morning of the 27th i spoke to vanessa and made an eft at 9 o clock in the morning and sent a pop to her. i was told i would get the car by 4pm the very day.
i waited until after 5pm and called vanessa and she said the car would be delivered the following morning. all this while i was calling her from the hospital bed as i had an operation done on the 26th of march. vanessa was well aware that i was hospitalised. on the 28th i made arrangements with hospital staff to wheel me to the collection point in a wheelchair. throughout the day i was following up with vanessa and she kept saying she will get back to me. i was the one calling nissan as they were not giving me feedback and made numerous calls to them. at 5pm vanessa said she was not going to deliver the car as the matter was out of her hands. on the 29th i went straight to nissan from the hospital to understand what was going on. i was then told to go to my bank as the matter was with the bank. i was chauffered to the bank to which the bank said the matter was with the dealership as they had proof that the dealership had not only
1. not stated that there was a trade in
2. had no record of the deposit which i had already paid to nissan
3. the bank said they had failed to approve on affordability as now the system said i was applying for two vehicles
4. on top of that i was now in arrears with the bank as settlement for the other car was supposed to be made before the 27th and the collections department was in the process of issuing an ITC listing.

i went back to nissan and presented the matter to both chantal and vanessa and they said i should make the payment for the outstanding amount to the bank and they would reimburse me when the deal got approved.
i was then escorted to another desktop machine nevermind that i had trouble walking from the operation done.
the next day i relentlessly called nissan to which no feedback was given to me
i have been going to nissan now and calling them and on saturday the the 31st i asked them to refund my deposit as the deal was not coming through. Chantal said i had to wait for head office nevermind that they had demanded immediate payments from me,
she also told me that the money would be in my account on tuesday the 4th of april. on monday the 3rd of april i called chantel and asked her when i would see my money and reminded her not to forget to process my refund and she confirmed i would see the money on tuesday the 4th of april 2017.
today wednesday the 5th of april i wento to see chantal again only to be informed that i will only see my money next week as they are waiting for headoffice and have put my request in the queue and its out of her hands.

how is my problem that i must transfer money immediately and a dealership messes a deal and i cancel it and request my refund and am given the worst service ever; no phone calls; no follow ups; waiting endlessly in the reception and yet am ill; blatant lies . i only went to nissan because i am a repeat customer but after this i am not sure whether i want to deal with nissan again.

the fact that this dealership has no regard whatsoever about my welfare and well being is appalling. my hopes were raised for nothing

i am not only disappointed; angry; livid; disgusted by the service. i just want my money back and nothing to do with nissan going forth. is there someone who can give me my money before i go to the courts and sue for emotional and financial loss?
