Refusal to fix a car i bought with a dealership and also refuse to leave a curtesy car

I Sigqibo Maliwa bought a car (Ford Fiesta 1.6 - ZBR 508 GP) from the below company with the sales person and managers details

McCarthy Volkswagen in Weltevredenpark 3 Foster Lane Constatia kloof. I was helped by Issac Kerwane and his manager is Garreth Mccarthy and their contact details are (Isaac - Cell ********** ) ,Garreth - ********** and land line is ********** .

After they have delivered the car. I drove around and heard sounds . I reported the fault and they (Mccarthy) took it for (repairs) and no changes were made. I reported it again and the same problem persist. they refuse to even give a curtesy car.

Today (2017 - 12 -15) they promised to come and get the car for repairs and drop a curtesy car. when they arrived here at work (85 protea road Sandton .Kingsley office park) they refuse to leave a curtesy car. I am stranded as I have no car to complete my travelling plans.

Kindly help with getting my car fixed
