Refund of goods returned
On the 19/09/2017 my husband ordered parts from Mc Carthy Germiston.We had to pay before it could be ordered and an eft was done same day.On receipt of said parts my husband realized that it was not what he wanted so we returned the parts on Saturday 23.09.2017.We were told to send our banking details via email and a copy of my husbands Id.Which was done the following Tuesday.I have send numerous emails afterwards only to get a call back 2 weeks later to ask for our details again. It is now 3 weeks later and still no refund. Bad service!!! They have their stock back and no refund!!!
