I am 40 years black South African, on 2nd March 2015 at about 10:30 I visited McCarthy Toyota at corner Blaauberg and Koeberg Road at Table View,to book for the service of my car, on my arrival I noticed the white lady sitting on the table busy on the phone, and I greeted but I went to sit and wait for her to finish because for me is bad manners to stand in front of someone when is busy with a call, and while I was still sitting white male and female enters the premises and they stand in front of her, she immediately put the phone down and started to assisting them, I waited for 5 minutes while she was still busy with them, and no one helped me, I got bitter about this type of service and I went to look for some one to help me, but out side I met another white male and I told him I need assistance to book my car for service and he pointed me to go and wait for the same lady, I told him that she is not interested with helping me and I ask the lady`s name, I ask myself that how long will it take us to be completely nonracial society. Is Toyota go extra miles to train their members to be professional and treat all customers with respect and equal.
