R8260 on the road fees - Mccarthy Menlyn
I wish to purchase a used vehicle from Mccarthy Menlyn but was just advised that their on the road fees charged to me will be R8260.00! Is this legal? I really want the vehicle they advertised and cannot get another 1 like that( ive searched for months). I was advised a month ago that my flight to joburg and transport to the dealership would be sudsidized by Mccarthy and now they saying that it cant be done if they discount the on the road fees. Whatever happend to customer satisfaction?

We have spoken with the customer, this complaint was uploaded about 2 weeks ago, a discount on the Service delivery fee has been negotiated already with the customer, the R8260 referred to by the customer also includes the Licensing and registration fee.
The issue has been resolved and the customer is satisfied.
