Purchase Of New Car

About a month ago my husband purchased a new Toyota Land cruiser.<br> I like the car so much, I decided to purchase one. <br> On the 2016-02-22 I received a quote / OTP from Mike De Pinna at Mc Carthy Toyota Edenvale .<br> The same day I signed the OTP and emailed it back to Mike De Pinna.<br> This is where the difficulties started.<br> It took me considerable chasing with very few returned calls or emails back.<br> Eventually this order was processed. <br> When Evert Weidemann (Financial Person) called me today 2016-03-02 to tell me<br> What a good fixed interest rate he had got for me.<br> The repayments did not match up with what was previously discussed.<br> To my absolute surprise and horror this deal was attempted to be put though at R 48, 000.00 ( Plus Minus) More than what I was quoted. <br> At this point I called the dealer principle as the sales person has been unavailable for the last week.<br> The dealer principle was not surprised at this price discrepancy.<br> And informed me that is under no obligation to uphold the OTP.<br> My problem here is twofold<br> 1. Trying to put the finances though without informing me of a price discrepancy.<br> 2. The lack of willingness to stand by a quote / OTP when
