Promised refund, no feedback

I've had my car there for a service and was charged even though the car was still on a service plan. My brother who took my car paid this amount since we thought that the service plan might have been over. When I went for my next service at another branch I was told (without me even mentioning anything) that the service would be free because I'm on a service plan.<br> <br> After hearing this, I phoned Wonderboom branch and received feedback from William saying that I will definitely get a refund. After weeks of no feedback, I followed up and was assured that Megan would've followed up. I heard nothing. Eventually, Megan told me that she is working with head office who will do the refund and it would've been deposited into my bank account. <br> <br> Eventually Megan came back and said I cant get a refund (after twice confirming that I would). They would've taken it further and would've came back to me with a solution but I am STILL WAITING.<br> <br> I will not use McCarthy again unless this is resolved.
