Poorest service ever!

<p>Dear Sir/Madam,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly disappointed and displeased by the service I received from McCarthy Kunene Witbank, when my Mercedes Benz C200 Kompressor went in for its last service. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle in the afternoon, after it was ‘serviced’ my car was in a state! The interior of my vehicle was full or grease stains, and the car itself (the exterior) was extremely dirty! When I walked up to the car, wanting to drive home, I noticed that even the paint on the car was chipped off on the right hand side mirror! Needless to say, I was greatly disappointed! And even so, when I had to pay for the service, I saw on the quotation that I was charged R95 for a car wash, and the car was in such a state!! The total amount due on the service quotation was over R11 000, and this is the service that one receive.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did speak to the service consultant Ali Khan, who ensured me that they would fix up the vehicle accordingly. I did receive the vehicle back with the needed repairs after the damage that they have caused. However, the service itself left much to be desired, as I was driving through to Vereeniging from Witbank, the one error message after the other popped up, saying that the car had too much oil, engine lights are coming on, and the whole display lights up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly appalled by the service I received from McCarthy Kunene and would surely not advise any Mercedes Benz driver to have their vehicle serviced at that branch. Be assured that McCarthy Kunene will never see me as a customer ever again.</p> <p>Mrs Goosen.</p>
